Personality-building doesn’t happen in workshops. It happens in the daily school-related activities like how situations are managed when faced with a disagreement, a loss, and how a classmate is comforted.

Grades can only get one into the next school But not Improve Student Personality Development, but how the child conducts themselves during and after is what determines the impact they will have on the world.
