To highlight the importance of having fruits and how it helps us in keeping good health, A ‘Fruit Salad Day’ was held in Pre KG class. Children brought varieties of fruits. Teacher along with the children sang song on
‘fruits and then the teacher showed the children how to make fruit salad and the importance of having fruits everyday was explained so that they get into a habit of eating healthy food from a very tender age.
The complete activity of preparing fruit salad had been done in front Of the students. It was a joyful and fruitful day. Children enjoyed their participation with the teacher and understood the importance of eating fruits.
